You can delete your account and the data SosyalMedya.Website keeps in the following ways.
Removing the WhatsApp connection
- In the panel, open Numbers and click "Disconnect" on the number. The access token is invalidated and no new data is received.
- You can also remove SosyalMedya.Website's access in Meta Business Settings → Users and Integrations.
Deleting your account and data
Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject "Account deletion request". After verifying your identity we delete your account details, messages, template records and the access tokens of your connected WhatsApp accounts within 30 days. Invoices we must keep by law are deleted when the retention period ends.
Deletion requests from Facebook
When you remove our app in your Facebook settings and request data deletion, the request is recorded automatically and you receive a confirmation code. SosyalMedya.Website doesn't keep personal data tied to your Facebook user ID; the WhatsApp connection is made through your business account. You can check your request's status with your confirmation code below.
