Terms of Service

These terms govern the relationship between Yapay Zeka LLC ("we") and the business using the sosyalmedya.website service ("you"). By creating an account you accept them.

1. The Service

The Service is software that lets your business connect its own WhatsApp Business Platform account through Meta's Embedded Signup, exchange messages, manage templates, and send auto-replies and opt-in campaigns. It is intended for businesses, not consumers.

2. Your account

You're responsible for giving accurate information, keeping your password safe and for actions taken by users on your account. Tell us right away if you notice unauthorized use.

3. Free trial

New accounts get a 14-day free trial with no card required. If no plan is chosen at the end, sending stops and your data is kept for 30 days.

4. Fees and payment

  • Subscriptions are charged monthly or yearly in advance depending on your plan and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe.
  • Meta's WhatsApp message fees aren't included; you pay them directly to Meta with your own payment method.
  • Prices may change at most once every 6 months with at least 30 days' notice. Yearly plan prices stay fixed for the term.
  • One-time fees such as the setup service are non-refundable once the work has started.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime in the panel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; unused time isn't refunded except where the law requires.

6. Your responsibilities

  • Follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, WhatsApp Commerce Policy and Meta's applicable terms.
  • Send marketing messages only to people who opted in, and offer a way to opt out.
  • Comply with data protection laws as the controller of your customers' personal data.
  • Don't send unlawful, misleading or spam content, or content about prohibited goods and services.

7. Your relationship with Meta

Your WhatsApp account, number and relationship with Meta belong to you. We aren't responsible for restrictions, fee changes or policy decisions Meta applies to your account, but we'll help you resolve issues where we can.

8. Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available; maintenance and third-party outages (Meta, hosting, etc.) can happen.

9. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that seriously breach these terms or Meta's policies.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect damages or lost profits or data. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the last 12 months.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without prejudice to mandatory consumer and data protection rules.
